To support significant growth in Tbilisi in recent years, we are now looking for a great Customer Support Specialist, who will keep all Taxify users happy in Tbilisi.

You will:

** Take responsibility of Taxify drivers` quality in Tbilisi
** Handle support requests from our riders and drivers
** Review Driver ratings and solve low rating reports and incidents
** Train and monitor drivers to ensure quality service
** Turn unhappy riders to our loyal fans by showing them we really care.
** Contribute and share ideas to decrease the workload and improve the quality & speed of Taxify`s customer support
** Be a key player in Tbilisi team in a challenging hypergrowth environment.

** Understand what does outstanding customer support look like and be ready to go the extra mile
** Be passionate about 5-star service quality and ready to put customers first
** Be a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
** Have excellent spoken and written Georgian, English, plus basic Russian
** Be passionate about new technology and ridesharing.
