Working hours- day/night shifts

Duties:

** Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
** Handle any guests’ complaints problems in a courteous manner
** Manage all communications with customers and escalate complex issues to manager
** Maintain high standard of service and guest hospitality
** Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements of the role:

** Higher education/4th year student
** Experience in a service-based industry, preferably front facing
** Russian and English languages
** Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
** Highly developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
** Personable, friendly, cooperative, and collaborative mindset
** Passion for providing a superior customer service experience
