The position of Brand Manager reports to Sales and Marketing Director and core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

** Total responsibility of category development and P&L;
** Responsibility to create category customer insights;
** Market share research and product testing;
** Competitor tracking;
** New prodcut concept and food development;
** HORECA service product development;
** Effective Portfolio management;
** Campaigns and advertising/ communication;
** Take innitiatives for continuos improvement in category and business opportunity;
** Tracking industry key trends;
** Product specifications and packaging;
** Packaging optimizing.

Ideal candidate for the position should meet the following qualification requirements:

** Educational background in Sale/Marketing/Management. Preferable is Master`s degree in the listed domains;
** Extensive work experience in the related fields;
** Knowledge related to food production would be an advantage;
** Fluency in English and Russian is a must;
** Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is essential;
** Advanced reporting skills is essential;
** Persuasive communicator with exceptional presentation skills;
** Passion for food products and culinary will be highly appreciated.
