JSC microfinance organization Crystal is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Software Quality Assurance/Tester.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Georgia.

JSC MFO Crystal represents one of the leading micro finance institutions in Georgia, supporting the development of micro and small business sectors. Nowadays Crystal employs more than 800 persons and through its 40 regional branches effectively serves up to 70 thousand borrowers.

Responsibilities:

** Manage testing projects during each phase, according to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
** Analyze business requirements and meet with system users to understand the scope of projects
** Create test plan document
** Create test cases based on business requirement
** Run manual and automated tests
** Perform various level of testing of new software features:

- Functional testing
- User Interface Testing
- Compatibility Testing 
- Regression Testing 

** Write bug reports document
** Provide feedback to developers and PMs about issues
** Work towards departmental and project deadlines
** Work on multiple projects at one time.

Academic qualifications:

** Bachelor Degree in Computer Science will be preferred
** Knowledge of and experience with Software Testing Principles 
** Knowledge of English language.

Experience and skills:

** At least 1 year experience as a Software Tester
** Automation testing experience will be preferred (test complete, Eggplant or etc...)
** Testing experience in financial sector will be preferred
** Very good logical and analytical skills 
** Able to handle multiple tasks 
** Good communication skills
** Attention to details 
** The ability to work in a team and individually
** Teamwork skills
** Time management skills
** Self-motivated, hard-worker
** The ability to work under pressure
** Organization skills with the capability of working towards tight deadlines.
