ჟუჟუნა ბოლომდე არც კლასიკური ღვინოა და არც ცქრიალა. თამამად შეიძლება ითქვას რომ ის მხოლოდ თავის თავს გავს.

ჟუჟუნას ადრეულ რთველზე მიღებული მკვახე რქაწითელითა და მწვანეთი ვამზადებთ, ამიტომაც მის გემოს სახასიათო სიმჟავე აქვს. მეორადი დუღილისგან კი ბუნებრივ მსუბუქ გაზს იძენს.

გასაკვირი წარმატებით იხდენს ცოცხალი ხილისა თუ სხვა ალკოჰოლური სასმელების გარევას. ამიტომაც ეძახიან ბევრ კოქტეილში მონაწილეობის მისაღებად.

ალკოჰოლი მატყუარა 11%-ია, ამიტომ გირჩევ ძალიან არ გაუთამამდე, ბევრია მოწმე რომ მოულოდნელი ჩაჟუჟუნება იცის.

ჟუჟუნა ქორფა და ხალისიანია. ხილი რომ იყოს ალუჩა იქნებოდა, მანქანა - კაბრიოლეტი, სეზონი - არდადეგები, ამინდი - თავადაც მიხვდებოდი ალბათ რაც.

Jujuna Wine – in Georgian means drizzling wine. Technicallysheis closest to semi-sparkling white wine, but frankly it’s tricky to describe her through words, as it resembles no other drink.

We make Jujuna during the early harvest - from unripe grapes of two traditional Georgian varieties – Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane (means Green). That’s how Jujuna gets her distinctive sourness. Then she goes through secondary fermentation to gain natural soft gas.

Jujuna matches remarkably well with fresh fruits and other alcoholic drinks. That might be the reason why she’s heavily featured in various cocktails.

Although label may indicate only 11% alcohol, believe me, she’s quite a tipsy type.

Jujuna is crisp and amusing. Be it a fruit, it would definitely be Georgia sour plum (we call it Alucha - if you haven’t tried it, we urge you to do so ASAP), if it were a car – would be cabrio, season – school break, weather – well of course summer drizzle (And as I said, Jujuna means drizzle and we even have a song dedicated to that. Just Google “The Drizzle Jujuna”).
